Center Medical Director

Responsibilities:

* Under general supervision, responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data to evaluate medical operations and processes
* Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and process variation in key areas of the business
* Collaborates with Business Technology for report development, testing and issue resolution
* Generates reports that aid in tracking business unit efficiency
* Provides insights and recommendations for current business operations

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
* 3+ years' experience in plasma collection center
* Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) related to the plasma industry
