REPORTS TO:
Director of Special Services or designee

DESCRIPTION:
This position will primarily be responsible for behavior plans and behavioral interventions for students in our special education program.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must possess NJDOE School Psychologist certificate (#3100)
  • Experience in ABA
  • Experience with conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans and Positive Behavior Supports
  • Demonstrates ability to collect and analyze data to make data-based decisions
  • Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to implement SEL lessons if and when necessary
  • Consult with teachers to help implement classroom and behavior management techniques
  • Experience with counseling students and/or families

REMUNERATION:
The salary will be in accordance with the applicable KEA contract.
