*** REFERRAL INCENTIVE: 
Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS


Job Summary
We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities 
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions  
  • Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes 
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • LPN License
  • Covid Vaccine Card / Medical Exemption / Religious Declination
  • Drug Test, if any
  • Physical or Medical Clearance
  • TB Screening

  • Shift Time: 7a7p, 7p7a, 6:30p-7a, 2:30p-11p and 11p7:30a
  • Possibility of Every other weekend Required
  • 5 shifts a week guaranteed
  • Contract is for 6-14 weeks
