About the Role

As a Personal Care Provider at Bloom at Home Care, you will:

  • Engage with clients and build personal relationships while supporting them.
  • Allow clients to maintain their dignity by assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, meals, and maintaining a clean-living environment.
  • Accurately document and track care plans including restorative care under the direction of various therapists.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • Interest in geriatrics required; previous experience preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions in English.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of care provision.
  • Capability to work both independently and in a team environment,

Attributes:

  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a desire to care for others.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • A team player who fosters and promotes a positive and supportive work environment.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $17 - $22/hr. in addition to compensation for travel.
