Westerville, United States Ohio Living Full time

You've got the skills to lead health care home.

You know that people feel better when they're at home, and you're passionate about leading a team that brings nursing care to patient's front door. You pride yourself on your ability to think on your feet and guide your team through unexpected situations. Your compassion is equal to your leadership skills and you enjoy utilizing your nursing skills outside of a clinical setting. If you would love leading a team that is focused on helping others get well at home, we want you to share your passion with Ohio Living and join us as a Clinical Supervisor - Home Health.

Why Ohio Living is different

* Build relationships. More than any other area of nursing, home care allows you to foster a bond with patients and their families that is unlike any other. You'll enjoy the appreciation and closeness that make your work more rewarding.
* Be a leader. Even though you will spend the majority of your time outside of patient's homes, you will still lead your team from a distance
* Many ways to care. It takes a special person to adapt to differing home settings with skill and compassion. Ohio Living also offers hospice nursing or nursing at our residences, should you wish to explore new areas.
* Support and rewards. You can expect the technology you need for patient records and to manage your teams schedules with ease.
* Attractive pay and benefits. We offer everything you expect, plus a retirement plan, paid time off, education assistance, pay advances up to $500 and recognition programs.

What you'll do

We will look to you to lead the clinical home health care team and make sure that patients are receiving the quality care they deserve. You will collaborate with your team members to assess, plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate the options and services required to meet home health and home care patients' needs. You will manage your team from one of our home health and hospice offices.
