Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, service, record maintenance and operations of all opened/closed water systems, pools, fountains, and spas. Performs water treatments for boiler systems, pools/spas/fountains, water towers, cooling/heating loops and soft water systems.

Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent Other Education & Formal Training Computer Skills Experience

Six (6) months experience in the service and maintenance of boilers, pools, spas, and water softeners, in a commercial or industrial setting.

Other Experience Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position: Driver's license Other Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred, Physical abilities: mobility/strength/dexterity/balance/coordination/endurance, Sensory abilities: special vision and/or hearing requirements (specify) Other Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

Working knowledge of chemical handling and mixing procedures

Working knowledge of how to interpret blueprints drawings, and diagrams.

General mechanical and electrical ability with trouble shooting skills.
