Position: Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Requirements:
Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
One (1) year of experience working under your LVN license
Current CPR certification
A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
Job Functions:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Monitor patient health and report changes to the RN or physician.
Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families on proper care and health management.
Coordinate with other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
Document patient care services accurately and timely.
