This is not a remote position

Applicants must reside a commutable distance to Longmont, CO

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm mountain time

Our Pharmacy group focuses on providing exceptional customer service and meeting the pharmacy needs for hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, and other specialized care centers nationwide. * Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days

Responsibilities

* Insures completion of necessary information from entry sheet and medication orders for data entry and account setup in Framework system. Review and route documents through Docutrak system to appropriate department
* Verifies payers and demographic information. Where applicable, fill in gaps in demographic information
* Works with internal and external customers to resolve assigned accounts. Productivity records will be maintained
* Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor in researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention and taking all necessary action to ensure accuracy of data being entered
* Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor and other members of the management team on special projects as needed
* Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

* Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
* Required: 1-year data entry experience
* Desired: 1-year billing and/or collections experience, or 1-year experience in the healthcare industry
* Required: 10-Key by touch, data entry, MS Excel and Word and basic computer knowledge
* Desired: Benefits investigation knowledge
