**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. In this role, you will provide essential personal care and emotional support to patients receiving end-of-life care in their homes. As a Hospice HHA/CNA, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the comfort, dignity, and quality of life for our patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Assist patients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

+ Help with mobility and repositioning to ensure patient comfort.

+ Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.

+ Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the supervising nurse.

+ Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.

+ Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care.

**Qualifications:**

+ **Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Maryland**

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Previous experience in hospice, palliative care, or home health (preferred).

+ Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.

+ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
