Are you looking to make a difference in someone's life? Essentia Health is currently recruiting for a Nursing Assistant Position.

**Education Qualifications:**

+ You will be responsible for providing direct care to skilled nursing facility residents and for serving the needs of residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, within the scope of the nursing assistant role.

+ You will provide personal hygiene care, assists with providing for nutritional needs; recognizes and deals with the problems of the aging process, recognizes and promptly report changes in resident condition to shift nurse, and maintains a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment for the residents.

+ You must be aware of and prevent the abuse of vulnerable adults in the care of the Essentia Health skilled nursing facility.

+ You will maintain awareness of safety issues and strives to accomplish all responsibilities in a safe manner.

+ You will identify safety hazards and emergency situations, and initiates corrective actions.

**Licensure/Certification Qualifications:**

**Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program Or Current registration with the Minnesota Department of Health**

**Job Location:** Northern Pines Medical Center

**Shift Rotation:** FTE Flex D/E/N (United States of America)

**Shift Start/End:** variable/variable

**Hours Per Pay Period:** 48-72hrs (flex position)

**Compensation Range:** $18.27 - $28.10 / hour

**Union:** Northern Pines Hospital AFSCME (NPAFSCME)

**FTE:** 0.6

**Weekends:** yes
