Requirements

  • Have excellent customer service skills and professional hotel-style communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a highly demanding work environment
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining a high level of Guest service.
  • Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving history are required.
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays
  • Maintain a professional image while on duty
  • Maintain a strict adherence to personal grooming guidelines including, hair style and color, fingernails, personal hygiene, issued uniform expectations, visible tattoos and piercings, footwear, and accessories.
