The Role:

Our HVAC Maintenance Technicians will complete in-home HVAC maintenance calls and create a positive relationship with the customer. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

* Completes in-home HVAC maintenance calls.
* Assist other departments as needed.
* Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
* Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
* Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need

* Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
* Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
* 6 months to 1+ year HVAC experience
* Clean, Safe, Driving Record
* EPA Certification
* High School Diploma or GED
