Your role

Are you a strategic thinker? Are you passionate about building relationships? We are looking for someone like you to:

* undertake preparatory work, transaction processing, and control and reconciliations tasks
* provide support and advice for Team Associates and Financial Advisors
* ensure that Operations processes - like order entry and trade error processing - comply with regulations, guidelines, standards and policies
* create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
* maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

Your expertise

* ideally 1+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on finance
* excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
* detail oriented
* proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
