Job Description

As a vital part of our hospitality team, the Bell Staff plays a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, the Bell Staff assists with guest arrivals and departures, ensures seamless transportation, and offers valuable information about hotel services and local attractions.

As a Bell Services Agent, you will:

* Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information about available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions
* Inspect guests' rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate
* Explain features of the room, such as the operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls
* Page guests in the lobby, dining room, or other parts of the hotel
* Deliver messages and run errands
* Deliver room service orders
* Pick up articles for laundry and valet service
* Call a taxi for guests
* Transport guests about premises or local areas in a car or motorized cart
* Keep a record of calls for service
* Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks and set up sample rooms
