TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain a regular scheduled case load when not assisting Technical Supervisor
  • Assist in the management of designated technical staff scheduling
  • Participate in site inspections as directed.
  • Assist in the technical training for new hires and existing staff, as needed.
  • Assist in and or participate in, if requested, annual performance reviews for designated technical staff members
  • Work directly with call center manager, ultrasound specialist staff and trad department, if requested, to resolve customer and reading physician issues.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of Quality Assurance Programs for designated technical staff.
  • Responsible for the resolution of day-to-day field issues such as call outs, fleet (vehicle) problems and equipment issues with appropriate company personnel
  • Complete other assignments/projects requested by the Technical Supervisor or Director of Technical Services.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • .Must be registered in at least one Ultrasound Modality, preferably two
  • Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times
  • Must have strong management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of mobile ultrasound field experience or its equivalent
