Maintenance Planner and Scheduler

Essential Skills/Experience:

* High School diploma or GED
* Journeyman level or higher
* 5 to 10 years' experience as a Journeyman
* Experience in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical trades
* Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain a pharmaceutical production plant
* Ability to understand and mitigate safety hazards i.e., LOTO, line breaking, hot work, etc.
* Ability to perform basic mathematical computations needed for estimating and purchasing
* Able to interpret PID's, electrical schematics, and architectural drawings
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, operators, craftsmen, contractors, and management
* Proficient in common software applications such as, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Desirable Skills/Experience:

* Associates degree
* 5 - 10 year's Maintenance planning experience
* Competent in SAP
* Maintenance Planning & Scheduling certification or formal training
* Coupa and electronic document management experience
* Software Planning tools experience
* Knowledge of HVAC, fans, pumps, piping, boilers, electrical distribution and controls, USP water generation and their components
* General Reliability and physical asset management knowledge
