Shared Service Center (SSC) - BD cuenta con Centros de Servicios Compartidos alrededor del mundo, los SSC utilizan plataformas y herramientas para procesar la información de manera estandarizada con una mejora continua y compartiendo las mejores prácticas. De esta manera permite organizar las actividades, con el objetivo de proporcionar condiciones a cada entidad local para focalizar sus recursos en las operaciones que la empresa necesita en esta nueva etapa de crecimiento.

Job Description

Analista de Servicios Generales

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

* Administrar los ingresos, movimientos y egresos del personal para la asignación, cambio o retiro de herramientas como autos, equipo de protección personal, tarjetas de vales, tarjetas de restaurante, administración de lugares, etc, dando seguimiento a través de los sistemas o correos electrónicos correspondientes, para asegurar que todos los asociados cuentan con las herramientas necesarias para desempeñar su función, así como garantizar la buena experiencia de los asociados de nuevo ingreso.
* Gestionar el proceso de pre contratación y contratación de asociados BD, notificando al área de atracción de talento sobre la selección del candidato, contactando a la persona que ingresará en este proceso brindado la mejor experiencia de Bienvenida a BD, coordinando actividades necesarias para efectuar el ingreso con el ASC de Chile y San Antonio, para garantizar el alta oportuna de los nuevos ingresos en los sistemas correspondientes cumpliendo con las regulaciones locales y procesos internos.
* Gestionar el archivo de recursos humanos: expedientes de personal activo, inactivo, archivo muerto, personal externo, inplant y otros, así como la documentación generada de cada asociado, actualizando y elaborando los expedientes de personal de nuevo ingreso y bajas, enviando la documentación solicitada a los asociados y administración de recursos humanos; actualizando la bitácora de expedientes y bases de datos de expedientes de asociados activos, bajas y terceros (México, Centro América y Caribe - CCA, becarios. Con el objetivo de garantizar la disponibilidad y actualización de información de personal, así como la seguridad de la información de cada asociado alienado al cumplimiento de las leyes de protección de datos y procesos internos.
* Administrar la logística de los eventos de responsabilidad social, celebraciones, salud y bienestar en el sitio de BD Monte Pelvoux, coordinando el registro de asociados, acceso a oficinas, programa de las sesiones, acomodo de salas, coffee break, uso de equipo audiovisual y materiales especiales, cotizaciones, comunicación etc.
* Contribuir con el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ESR y GPTW impulsando el engagement de los asociados y así el pilar de Empoderamiento de la estrategia global.
* Soportar las actividades remotas de Administración de RH siendo el punto de contacto y atención principal de los empleados "cara a cara", cumpliendo con los procesos de entrega de credenciales, entrega de tarjetas (nómina, vales), con el objetivo de solucionar dudas y procesos de continuidad con las necesidades de los asociados.

Requisitos:

* Escolaridad : Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Relaciones Industriales o afín. Titulado
* Inglés: intermedio
* Experiencia Previa: 1 a 2 años realizando actividades relacionadas a las responsabilidades
* Manejo de bases de datos, paquetería office. Excel Intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficas, fórmulas de búsqueda).
* Sentido de urgencia.
* Confidencialidad de la información.
