The StatCare LPN performs triage and assessment of patient presenting for work-related injuries, urgent care, or occupational medicine. Nurse will perform drug screen collection, breath alcohol, point-of-care testing, venipunctures, and immunization administration. The nurse will assist with procedures such as splinting, suturing, and suture removal. The Nurse is responsible for documenting all pertinent information in the patient's medical record. Interaction with corporate clients, drug screen third party administrators, and workman's comp insurance case managers is required. Nurse is expected to promote teamwork within the department and organization.
CMA:
The CMA position responsible for performing a variety of duties under the direct supervision of a Physician. Involves both clinical and clerical duties including, but not limited to: assisting Physician with patient care such as rooming the patient, obtaining vital signs, documenting reason for visit, assisting with procedures and in-office testing; clerical such as scheduling appointments, pre-certs for procedures and referrals; ,and environmental tasks. Such as cleaning and ordering of supplies.
Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date
Requirements:
30 hours per week - First Shift
8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Monday - Friday
Valid LPN license in the State of Indiana
Or valid CMA/RMA certification
BLS Certification within 30 Days of Hire
