Responsibilities:

Reporting to a Reliability Maintenance Supervisor, the Predictive Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following;

* Collect and analyze data on all types of process equipment using predictive maintenance technologies
* Perform vibration analysis, oil analysis, Infra-Red and Ultrasonic
* Create and maintain databases for each technology
* Generate and distribute condition and follow up reports to all levels of management
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Proven safety record required
* Excellent attendance record required
* Previous training and experience with application of predictive maintenance technologies and associated software and hardware preferred
* Industrial maintenance skills equivalent to four (4) years as a journeyman preferred
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair all types of process equipment preferred
* Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, along with MP5 preferred
* Ability to schedule and prioritize workload required
* Demonstrate ability to perform the essential function of the job required
