As a Pediatrician, you would be joining a rapidly growing primary care group, supporting a nationally recognized health system in sunny southern California.  

Pediatrics & Neonatology Medical Group of OC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatrician to join our team. Responsibilities:  

  1. Provide comprehensive medical care to children from infancy to adolescence. 

  2. Conduct regular well-child exams, including screening tests and immunizations. 

  3. Diagnose and treat a variety of childhood illnesses, disorders, and health problems. 

  4. Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions according to company policies and procedures. 

  5. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. 

  6. Educate and counsel patients and their families- promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. 

  7. Participate in pediatric research and contribute to the development of health policies concerning children's health issues. 

  8. Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times. 

  9. Stay informed about the latest trends in pediatric care and participate in ongoing professional training and development. 

  

Qualifications:  

  1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. 

  2. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. 

  3. Current, unrestricted Pediatrician medical license in the state of California. 

  4. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient care skills.

  5. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Office Ally preferred. 

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care. 

  7. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
