**Reliant Medical Group in Southborough has an opening for a part-time Ultrasound Technologist.** This opportunity offers great compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, and desirable hours within a positive and caring environment that delivers outstanding patient care and compassion. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call

**Hours:** Fridays 7:30a-4p

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ This role incorporates all the technical skills associated with ultrasound, including related clerical and service duties

+ Performs ultrasound studies, including limited vascular studies, as assigned. Performs routine quality control/quality assurance tasks and maintains exam suites in good and appropriate order. Obtains and reviews patient clinical history and related reports/documentation. Obtains pertinent medical history, instructs patient regarding exam procedures and preparation. Performs related clerical duties as needed

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program or equivalent

+ Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)

+ Maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment

+ BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment

+ Competent to perform ultrasound exams on newborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting all department guidelines

+ Physical health sufficient to meet the ergonomic standards and demands of the position
