Salary Range: Min. $18.00/hr - Max $20.00/hr

The Diagnostic Medical Imaging Care Associate functions as a member of the patient care-centered health team under the supervision of the Diagnostic Technologist in the following:

- Assisting the Technologist in completing activities of daily operation and

assuring patient safety.

- Assuring the safety and cleanliness of the Unit, as well as maintaining

supplies and equipment.

- Relating to and assisting patients, families, and other health care workers with

respect and kindness.

Education - Must hold a high school diploma or general education degree.

Licensure, Certification & Registrations Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification (BLS course can be taken post-hire during department orientation process).

Experience: six months related experience in a hospital setting or completion of certified paramedic, EMT or medical corpsman training preferred but not mandatory.
