THE JOB:

Join our team as a Restaurant Host for our upscale fine dining establishment As the face of our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, impeccable communication skills, and a flair for organization, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.


* Manage reservations and seating arrangements with precision and efficiency.


* Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of the house.


* Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations when required.


* Monitor the dining area, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.


* Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.


* Uphold high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment.
