PM Tech

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Prevementive Maintenance (PM) Tech for 3rd Shift (10 pm to 6:30 am) to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing:

* Inspect lubrication levels of machines, add correct lubricant as needed.


* Greasing of bearings and machines as described by CMMS work orders.


* Inspection and replacement of filter media on equipment.


* Inspection of bearings and rotating assemblies.


* Inspection of gearboxes for leaks.


* Removal and replacement of drive shafts.


* Repair of leaking air hoses.


* Assist maintenance technicians as needed.


* Must be able to fill out work orders via CMMS software.


* Must provide own basic tools.


* Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.



The skills and experience you need:

* Knowledge of basic hand tools.


* Background in equipment operation, vehicle repair or some vocational training.


* Ability to follow instructions and to read work instructions.


* Must have own tools.

This role is located in Tulsa, OK. This position is for a weekend shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 4 am to 4 pm.
