What You'll Be Doing

Under the Senior Coordinator's supervision, the Prevention Coordinator creates and Implements the Hudson County Community Action Plan; serves as county representative for the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault committee on sexual violence prevention.

* Coordinates scheduling for the program
* Manages inventory of supplies
* Tracks and monitors program activities
* Provides services to clients as needed and receives appropriate supervision and training from supervisor
* Maintains facility, personnel files, manuals, and safety of equipment to the Joint Commission standards
* Prepares contracts and letters of agreement
* Maintains positive working relationship with the appropriate funders and takes a lead role in all relevant funding site visits
* Prepares reports as required by funders, hospital and other regulatory agencies
* Participates in department and staff meetings as required.
* Works with management and grants staff as needed on all necessary program and fiscal reports relevant to the program
* Assists with other functions and responsibilities as required by management staff
* Organize and staff agency booths and tables at local community events such as fairs, community days, open houses, etc.

What We're Looking For

Full Time/Day shift

* Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Women's Studies or related field required..
* 2-4 years related experience
