Responsibilities

This is an inpatient pharmacist role assuring clinically appropriate and safe medication distribution to all patients. The pharmacist will:

* Review and verify inpatient and outpatient physician orders,
* Perform clinical dosing functions,
* Check and prepare medications to restock automated dispensing machines
* Prepare medications in a USP797 compliant IV room.
* Process outpatient employee prescriptions on occasion.
* Supervise technician staff who will assist with the above functions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy, required Over 6 months to 1 year Computer Experience preferred Licenses and Certifications:Pharmacist - Licensed, Upon hire, preferred
