Performs data entry, batching and settlement functions which require knowledge of basic accounting (debits/credits); assists in preparation of reports; answers internal customer inquiries; research problems or complaints. Basic accounting knowledge required. Ability to perform financial calculations; intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet software packages i.e. MS Excel, or MS Access; excellent communication skills, ability to perform under deadline pressure. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
