Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre-K to 12th grade school district of approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Develops individualized behavior plan (goals, objectives and interventions)
  • Develop social skills groups and interventions (goals and objectives)
  • Trains school personnel on all intervention plan
  • Assist the educational staff in implementing behavioral programming; both individual and classroom
  • Review data on all intervention plans and write progress notes
  • Assist the educational staff in implementing behavioral programming; both individual and classroom
  • Review data on all intervention plans and write progress notes
  • Assist in monitoring interns in FBAs and the application of behavior plans
  • Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel, as needed
  • Participates in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assigned
  • Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures
  • Maintains passive restraint training
  • Maintains current CPR certification
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Appropriate New Jersey Certification for Board Certified Behavior Analyst required
  • Training in behavior analysis preferred
  • Graduate degree requirement
  • Passing score on the BCBA examination
  • MUST pass NJ Criminal History Review Unit fingerprinting requirement
  • New Jersey State residency requirements for public employees in effect
