How you'll make an impact

Gallagher Benefit Services is looking to add an Account Manager to its growing small business team in Boston, MA. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity that operates on a hybrid work schedule. Please see the position details below.

* Build and solidify relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing care. In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.
* Conduct virtual or in person client presentations.
* Manage an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
* Leads appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
* Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and coverage levels.
* Cultivates relationships with the most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
* Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts.
* May coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service.

About You

Required:

* Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
* Life and Health license required.
* Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
