Secretary-Front Desk

Overview Position Summary: As a Front Desk/Secretary for Catholic Health, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties to help facilitate the daily functions of the Physician Practice. Job Details Responsibilities: Checking patients in and out Scheduling Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to improve patient care and satisfaction Training of new staff and assuring excellent customer service while adhering to policies and procedures; correspond with billing department and credentialing specialists to keep staff updated with insurance changes and coverage including participation grids Triage and handle patient issues at front desk Work with practice management to resolve conflicts as they arise Perform other duties as required Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required Physician Practice experience preferred Salary Range USD $19.21 - USD $21.13 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
