About You: We are looking for a Billing Clerk. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive pay ranging from $23-$25/hour depending on qualifications. Essential Functions:

* Convert work orders to invoices
* Work with the service dispatching team to ensure all pertinent information is included on the work orders
* Assemble and distribute supplemental reports that accompanies invoices
* Submit necessary customer billing information via electronic portals
* Work with the accounting team to research billing questions

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma
* Competency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, PC Skills, and 10-key
* Strong communication and organization skills
* High rate of accuracy and ability to self-audit
* Maintain a high level of professional conduct including honesty, integrity, and professional appearance
* Team player, and an ability to remain positive and motivated
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred
* Familiar with basic accounting principles is preferred
