We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people's lives

Responsibilities:

  • Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
  • Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  • Participate in the development treatment plans and ensure that the Person is at the center of the process and that the interventions are clinically based.
  • Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals. 3. Provide specific interventions and supports to specialty population within the IGLE.
  • Ensure the safety of the specialty population and the community by adhering to monitoring plans to support Persons.
  • Administer and monitor Person medications in accordance with agency, DMH and DPH regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Psychology or Social Work or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

Nike Behavioral - Topsfield:

  • Sunday - Tuesday 11pm-7am (24hrs)

Nike Village - 55 Plus

  • Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 4pm (40hrs)

MIMI - Beverly:

  • Friday 11pm-9am ; Saturday & Sunday 9pm-9am (Overnight) (34hrs)
  • Friday 11pm-9am ; Saturday & Sunday 9pm-9am (Overnight) (24hrs)

Andover House - Peabody:

  • Saturday & Sunday8am-4pm (16 hrs)
  • Tuesday -Saturday 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
  • Sunday - Wednesday 11pm-9am (40 hrs)

The Cottages - Danvers:

  • Tuesday - Saturday 3pm-11pm (40 hrs) x 2
