We are growing again Freedom Caregivers has a new location in Newark, Ohio and we are ready to build our Newark team of home care professionals.

We are actively hiring Caregivers for our senior clients needing help at home in Newark, Ohio and surrounding areas.

We are currently hiring for:
  • Part-Time - day shifts and afternoon shifts, Monday - Friday, weekend availability preferred
  • All part-time positions may become Full-Time if desired.
  • Starting pay for Caregivers is up to $15.25/hr. depending on experience
  • Starting pay for HHAs or STNAs is up to $16.50/hr. depending on experience

  • You will work with friendly and communicative supervisors who will work with your scheduling needs to promote work/life balance.
  • Experience with caregiving is preferred, but we know that anyone with a passion for helping seniors and making a difference will be a great addition to our team.
  • We will provide you with the training and support needed to begin earning a paycheck by making a difference as a caregiver, with opportunities for advancement as you learn
  • You can become a certified Home Health Aide in 1 year or less, earning higher pay and opportunities to advance.

Requirements

  • Must be compassionate, caring, and want to make a difference in the lives of seniors
  • Must be able to reliably show up to your client's home for scheduled shifts
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
