Business Office Clerk

Responsibilities
The Business Office Clerk manages administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing new and used car deals, daily flooring payments, schedule reconciliation, trade payoffs, and contract management during transit. Responsibilities include accurately processing and recording vehicle deals and maintaining related schedules.
- Process daily deposits for three stores.
- Pull and post funding notices from Route One for two stores.
- Pay flooring for one store.
- Post used car AP invoices for two stores.
- Post new car inventory into accounting for two stores.
- Post and reconcile incentive payments for two stores.
- Maintain Dealer Daily and Lexus Learn, including:
- Enrolling employees for scheduled classes.
- Adding or deleting employees.
- Marking Report of Sales as received in the DMV desk.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: 2 years of experience in an Automotive Dealership.
- Strong understanding of automotive billing process, including vehicle titles, registration and finance contracts.
- Proficient in using dealership managements systems and billing software.
- Proficient in CDK preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle large volumes of paperwork efficiently.
Schedule
- This is a full-time, onsite position with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00.
Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
