Job Summary and Qualifications

The Radiology Student Intern is responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician under the supervision of a Radiologic Technologist. Radiology Student Interns are responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.

What you will do in this role:

* Performs X-rays of patients maintaining a high quality of care.


* Assists in transporting and positioning patients.


* Ensures patient safety.


* Maintains accurate records.


* Maintains supplies and inventory.


* Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.



What qualifications you will need:

* Attending an accredited school of radiological technology with clinical experience.


* BLS
