What You'll Do
Financial Crimes is one of the largest systematic risks facing financial institutions today. Sia Partners has experts in Compliance, Technology and Investigations that specialize in helping financial institutions satisfy their regulatory obligations and reduce their exposure to Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorist Financing, Sanctions and Fraud.
With respect to Sanctions, we assist in determining how sanctions regulations impact the financial institution, developing and delivering targeted training, and evaluating sanctions filtering systems to determine that they operate optimally to identify prohibited individuals and entities and minimize false positives.
Responsibilities
* Guide projects and manage relationships with key accounts
* Lead business development and proposal efforts
* Summarize and present findings to project managers and clients
* Collaborate with engagement/client team to deliver high-quality work products
* Apply strategic and critical thinking to develop recommendations that address client challenges
* Manage team of resources to ensure deliverables are provided on time
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues
* Project manage and/or support on a range of client delivery, as part of an on-site or remote project team
* Manage program sites as a repository for all project information
