Job Specifications:

* Expected Pay Range: $11.40 - $13.79 / hour + tips
* If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips




* Shift type: Full and Part Time, Weekends and Holidays


* Outlet: The Belle


* Skill Level: Entry



Job Responsibilities:

* Make connections with guests and co-workers


* Share our passion for the mountains during service


* Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting


* Create hot and cold beverages to specifications


* Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the work day


* Other duties as assigned



Job Requirements:

* We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary


* Desire to learn and grow


* Must be able to communicate fluently in English



Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

* Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
