Position Snapshot
A maintenance technician will install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment. We have a high commitment to safety and are looking to expand our maintenance department with others who feel strongly about achieving a ZERO HARM work environment.
The schedule for this role is:
Thursday - Sunday (Weekends) Night shift; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Occasional additional overtime as needed to meet business demands.
Receive a $2.00/hour Shift Premium for working the weekend schedule.
To perform well in this role, you will need to:
* Always wear your PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like gloves, cut-resistant sleeves, safety glasses, & safety-toe shoes
* Be inquisitive, ask questions, be willing to learn new things
* Have good attendance
* Be willing to get your hands dirty
* Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery and production equipment
* Assist team members with preventative maintenance of machines
* Repair hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
* Operate cutting torch and welding equipment
* Have basic math skills and the ability to measure lengths, diameters, weights, and counts
Qualifications to be considered for the role:
* High School diploma or equivalent - technical training is a plus.
* Must have 3 years of previous work experience in the capacity of an industrial maintenance technician
* Ability to complete forms and understand written instructions.
* Ability to perform basic math skills involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.
* Must display a stable previous employment history.

* A good pay, weekly, up to $35.00 per hour based on experience
