Enhanced Services Supervisor

The Enhanced Services Supervisor is responsible for providing enhanced referral services, database maintenance and measurement of identified metrics for the Child Care Circuit at The Community Group. This position is full-time and reports to the Director, Child Care Circuit.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

Database Maintenance

* Maintenance of the Region3 Work/Life Systems Community Database to include updating programs, researching new programs and reporting on activity.
* Maintenance of the Child Care Circuit Unite Us portal (in development).
* Management of the Work/Life Systems Client database for identified 6B clients to include data entry, and data clean-up.

Enhance Referral Services

* Individualized resource & referral services to all 6B clients as identified by agency staff using both Work/Life Systems and the Unite US portal where appropriate.
* Collaboration with Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Networks (CFCEs) where appropriate for client referrals and resources.
* Follow-up using Unit US portal, where appropriate, to track client use of enhanced referrals.
* All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

* A Bachelors Degree is preferred;
* Must possess the qualifications required for their positions in accordance with EEC regulations;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Ability to multi-task and work within a fast paced environment;
* Must be well organized with strong technical computer skills;
* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service;
* Ability to travel locally;
* Must be available to work during non-traditional hours as necessary.
