Position Overview:
Northwest Permanente, P.C., is currently seeking a board eligible/certified Infectious Disease physician to join our team of six Infectious Disease physicians and two Infectious Disease pharmacists.

- $273,000 to $352,000 – Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*
- Salary: $211,900 to $257,600
- 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)

- Relocation allowance - up to $15K

Required Qualifications/Position Description:
- You will provide consultative services at two hospitals and three outpatient locations.
- Hospital Epidemiology and regional Infection Prevention and Control.
- Infection Control experience preferred.
- This position is a combination of inpatient and outpatient with a focus on Infection Control.
- Antimicrobial Stewardship (ASP).
- Antibiotic Formulary Work.
- Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (OPAT).
- Numerous other ID related activities.
