Lab Technician

Description:

* Perform the manufacturing tasks to transform raw materials into final products including: decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
* Operate instruments in the lab that are needed to complete the tasks by following all work instructions and adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Use a variety of lab equipment to process standard and non-standard products
* Synthesize oligos on various synthesizer platforms and attach modifications utilizing various techniques
* Cleave and deprotect oligos utilizing appropriate methods
* Quantify and sample oligos for quality control tests
* Efficiently multitask while running multiple processes
* Use customer software in windows based environment
* Troubleshoot product, process, or equipment problems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or other life science preferred

OR

Associates Degree in Life Science and 1-2 years relevant lab based experience
