Essential Function The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will be responsible for operational activities across marketplaces and SallyBeauty.com. This role will work closely with Manager Marketplaces, Planning & Allocation and Site Merchandising teams to align on business strategy, listing management, and promotional activities across channels. Role will also be responsible for managing our in-stock rate for upcoming promotions and launches as well as some operational support for marketplaces.

50%

Work on various Marketplace platforms Amazon, Walmart, eBay, DoorDash, Instacart etc to assist with listing management, trouble shoot errors, ensure seller health, execute promotional activities, and analyze trends in the business.

20%

Collaborate with Site Merchants, Marketing and Merchandising to implement promotions within Sales Force and for marketplaces. Audit the site to ensure promotions are published as expected. Proactively identify issues/concerns.

15%

Work with Planning & Allocation to discuss in-stock rate and out of stock SKUs for upcoming promotions and launches. Recommend unit caps by SKU based on reseller activity.

Responsible for weekly reporting on channel performance, promotions, in-stock rates, and cancel rates. Providing operations support on growing marketplace business. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, merchandising or digital
* 1-2 years of related ecommerce, analytics or buying/planning experience
* Preferred knowledge of E-Commerce solutions such as Salesforce and Google Analytics or similar
* Preferred knowledge of Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, eBay, or others
* Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Tableau reporting
