BrightStar Care in Orange County, the nation's most awarded Home Health Care provider, has immediate openings for Caregivers and CNAs doing Childcare. We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Childcare Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for children to learn, play, and grow. This position requires someone who is patient, energetic, and attentive to the needs of children. Full and part-time jobs available Flexible schedule, great pay/benefits, and steady work - with unique "guaranteed" full time work program for Caregivers and CNAs We grew over 100% in 2022 and 2023
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, crafts, and educational games.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in our care at all times.
- Follow established routines for meals, naps, and daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
We Provide:
- $18/hr for Caregivers / CNAs
- $1,000 Sign On Bonus and Weekly Bonuses
