Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

\t * Certified as a Home Health Aide in New Jersey
\t * Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
\t * Reliable transportation with driver license
\t * 2 Step PPD or Chest X-ray
\t * 2 Forms of ID's
