Matchwell is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for one of our Skilled Nursing partners in Asheboro, NC See below for full details and benefits.

Salary Range: $23.00/hr - $33.00/hr
Schedule: Local, Contract

Position Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in good standing
  • Current Tuberculosis screening
  • Hepatitis B, Influenza, COVID vaccination, Physical, CPR/BLS
  • Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Accurately measure and chart patients' medical history and maintain complete records.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients' care plan.
  • Other duties as assigned.
