Piper Companies is looking for a PCB Engineer to join an insurance organization. This is an onsite role, located in King George, VA.

Essential Duties of the PCB Engineer:

* Ownership and accountability for PCB schematics, to include concept development, design reviews, and configuration management.
* Responsible for interfacing with electrical, mechanical and producibility engineering disciplines to ensure that the overall design requirements are captured and accomplished.
* Work with product designers and the ECAD librarian in the process that advances schematics to fully producible PCB designs.
* Support the maturation process from schematic to board layout.

Qualifications of the PCB Engineer:

* Bachelors of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
* 3+ years of experience creating schematics and circuit board layouts using Altium tools.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Altium Designer ECAD software.
* Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is desired.
* Ability to obtain a Public Trust is required

Compensation for the Data Architect:

* Up to $129,000 (based on experience)
* Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
