A day in the life…
Wondering what a day in the life of a CT Tech at The Iowa Clinic might look like?
* Arrive at work in the morning - no night shifts here
* Performs Computed Tomography under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.
* Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for Computed Tomography.
* Performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.
Required Licenses
* ARRT certification and Current State of Iowa permit to practice required.
Other Requirements
* Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required
* Two years applicable clinical experience in medical imaging and systems environment required.
