Preschool Paraprofessional

Twinfield Union School has an opening for a Preschool Paraeducator to work with in our preschool program. We are looking for someone who values supporting students and offers an emotional supportive environment. The applicant must have a full understanding of childhood development, a passion for working with small children, patience and a respect for the practice.

The preschool paraeducators follow the Caledonia Cooperative Education Association collective bargaining agreement. Support staff receive 4 personal days, 15 sick days, and work a school year calendar of 179 days. Pay is based on years of experience.

A high school diploma or GED is required. At least two years of college is desired. All paraeducators must either have two years of college credit or will need to pass The Parapro Assessment or The Master Teacher Highly Qualified Para Assessment.
