About this position
The X-Ray Technologist performs quality diagnostic radiological exams on customers as ordered by Providers. Customers may be infants, adolescent, adult and geriatric. The Technologist may also perform other radiological procedures within scope of licensure, for example, EKG's and Dexa bone scans.
Hours:
Days/evenings (11:30am - 8:00pm)
Requirements
Education
* High school graduate or equivalent required.
* Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
Experience
* Previous clinic x-ray experience preferred.
* Lead - two (2) years of clinic x-ray experience required. • Knowledge of medical terminology.
* Ability to read, speak, write and understand English at a level appropriate to accomplish work assignment.
* Critical thinking and good communication skills.
Licensure/Certification
* ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist
* State Requirement
* BLS Certification NMHC Standard
