Job Summary:

TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice in Hermitage, Tennessee.

Qualifications

* Board Certified/Board Eligible by the ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine
* TN Licensure or ability to obtain
* DEA with full prescriptive authority
* Interest in providing primary care in an outpatient setting
* Commitment to providing high quality, evidenced based patient care

Practice Setting

* Established, well-managed, primary care practice, outpatient only
* Join 5 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners
* One Location, Office located one block from the hospital
* In office services including blood draw, EKG, spirometry testing, hearing testing, urine drug testing, and x-ray
* Practice Call Only, 1:6,
* Full Time, Schedule M-F, ½ day on Fridays
* Collegial Environment
* Busy Practice with growing community need
